We use Systeme.io to manage email communications.

We only share your data with trusted third-party providers where necessary, including:
• Systeme.io (email marketing and website platform)
• Calendly (booking system)
• Zoom and Microsoft Teams (online sessions)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Profiling providers such as Cappfinity (Strengths Profile), Morrisby, DISC tools, and Roche Martin (ECR)
These providers process data on our behalf and are required to protect your information.
We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
9. Testimonials
We may use client testimonials for marketing purposes.
• Testimonials are shared anonymously unless you have given explicit permission
• Where names or photos are used, this will only be with your clear consent
10. Session Recording
We do not currently record coaching sessions.
If this changes in the future:
• You will always be informed in advance
• Recording will only take place with your explicit consent
11. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your data only as long as necessary:
• Email subscribers - until you unsubscribe
• Coaching clients - up to 6 years (for legal and accounting purposes)

Our services are primarily UK-based.
Where data is processed using third-party providers, it may be transferred outside the UK (for example, to secure servers operated by those providers). In such cases, appropriate safeguards are in place.
