Professional Background
I'm a qualified Career & Confidence Coach with over 15 years' experience helping people find direction and succeed. I've coached hundreds of clients find work they love - roles that play to their strengths, motivations & values. I also have first-hand experience of supporting own son through Degree Apprenticeship applications, so I understand the emotional and practical challenges for both parents and young people.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Coaching, plus specialist training in career coaching & confidence coaching, and I'm accredited in leading profiling tools: Morrisby, DISC and StrengthScope.
Beyond Coaching
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me spending time with my two teenage sons, catching up with friends, or planning our next holiday. I also love supporting my eldest son with his cat-sitting business – which he started at 16 - watching his entrepreneurial spirit grow has been such a joy and a learning experience for both of us.
These everyday moments remind me how important it is to meet young people where they are, listen without judgement, and help them build confidence in a way that feels real, practical and achievable. Being a parent gives me empathy for the balancing act of encouraging independence whilst offering support.

Nothing brings me more satisfaction than seeing my clients land their first job or apprenticeship, speak with pride about their achievements and launch their careers with renewed self-belief and momentum.
I'm based near High Wycombe, Amersham and Beaconsfield, but work with people from all over the U.K. on Zoom.
